Ardbeg Blasda Islay Single Malt Scotch whisky 700ml: The tamed version of Ardbeg, well to a degree anyway. Ardbeg Blasda was peated to an average of 8ppm compared to the more usual 24ppm. Rather controversially the Blasda was also bottled in clear glass, at 40%, and has been chill-filtered, unlike Ardbeg's other releases which are typically unchill-filtered and bottled in the iconic green bottle at 46% or above. Now discontinued and becoming increasingly difficult to find.
