Chichibu "The Peated"
The range Ichiro's Malt is named after Ichiro Akuto, the grandson of the founder of Hanyu distillery. The Peated 2016 was distilled in 2012 from strongly peated malt and bottled in 2016 at 54.5% cask strength. It is the fourth peated whisky to be released in this range and has been described as a beautiful yet complex drink.
